Appearance: a bright, straw-yellow colour with golden highlights.
Nose: an intense, fragrant, upfront aroma; it is recognisable by its clean aromatic fragrance of flowers, fresh fruit (peach or apricot) and delicate spicy hints of sage. It has good length.
Palate: a good structure, well-orchestrated, fresh, with good length.
Temperature: serve at 8-9°C.
Food matching: it goes very well with desserts in general as well as fine patisserie, excellent with rich and creamy desserts.
